Most party flags, such as those of the Partido Popular (right-wing / centre / christian-democrat, in government 1996-2004), Partido Socialista Obrero Español (socialdemocrat, in government 1982-1996 and 2004-) and Izquierda Unida (a coalition of communist, socialist and republican parties) are logo-on-bedsheets rather than proper flags.
